Our Shipping Policies, Processing Time & Rates

Orders that have been confirmed will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. They’ll be delivered to you within 7 working days after they’ve been sent. Due to the customer’s geographic location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner’s delivery time and location, the estimated delivery time may fluctuate. On orders under Rs. 500, there is a delivery fee applicable.

Orders made during holidays or special occasions may be delivered late as we don’t offer delivery of products during the holidays.

Please file a single complaint if one or more products in your order are defective, as the return/replacement will only be done once.

Customers are warned not to accept shipments that have been tampered with or are damaged.

Certain orders may be rejected by NEYAH, in which case we reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Some causes could include pricing problems, issues uncovered by our fraud prevention section, or any order placed through a technology flaw or loophole, among others. If your order has been partially or completely canceled, or if any further information is necessary to send your item, we will notify you.

Customs and Taxes
Customs and taxes applied to orders are solely the responsibility of the customer/client. As such, Neyah will not be responsible for covering additional taxes and customs on products ordered.

Damaged Items
Neyah is not responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur after the products have been taken from our warehouse. If a customer receives a damaged product(s), they will need to reach out to our customer care service. The Customer Care Service will then verify the damage to the product before approving the claim.
