How do I check my order’s current status?
Tracking your order is very simple once you have signed up on Neyah. To view current orders, go to Order History tab and click on Current. You will see an overview of all your orders and you can sort them by order number, price or date. Possible order statuses include:

How do I return an item purchased on Neyah?
Neyah accepts returns for all items within 5 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, get in touch with our customer support team via email and we will arrange a pick-up for the items that you want to return.
In order for returned items to be processed, they must adhere to the original packaging requirements. Pack the item according to the return conditions and ensure that the seals, labels, and barcodes are intact. You will also be required to provide details of your order, including your ID and a picture of the purchased product.
How will I get the refund and how long will it take?
Returns are usually processed with 2 days from the time we receive your return item. The refund will be made to your registered bank account if you made the purchase via your debit or credit card. Depending on your bank, please allow 2 days from the time we receive your return for the refund to reflect in your account.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days of payment (exclusive of weekends); depending on where you want it shipped. We try our best to provide fast and affordable delivery options for all our customers. If you are ordering from a Mega Sale Event, it may take up to 5 days for the product to be delivered to you.
